The Quick Quote Tool above was created to help you budget your total ERP software project cost. It is not a binding contract. ERP Software Blog members are available to answer additional questions and provide a final proposal upon request.
What is the cost of Microsoft Dynamics ERP?
Any Microsoft Dynamics ERP price quote should include at least four elements, three of which are covered by our Microsoft Dynamics ERP Quote Tool. • Cost of Dynamics ERP Software Licenses • Price of Microsoft Dynamics Maintenance • Implementation Services from a Microsoft Dynamics Certified Partner. • Dynamics ERP Server and Client Hardware Costs
Before requesting a quote from a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partner consider the issues related to the cost of a Dynamics ERP package from Microsoft:
How many users do you need?
Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics SL pricing is user based and is dependent on the cost per concurrent user. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central pricing is based on named users. For all systems you can choose either full users or limited (read only) users.
Which Dynamics ERP product is right for your business?
Our tool gives pricing based on the current version of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experts are available to help with more specific pricing. The Quick Quote includes an overview of each product and a way to get more information so you can choose the product that is right for you.
How much implementation support do you need?
Can your IT department setup and install Microsoft Dynamics ERP without the support of a Microsoft Partner or do you need a certified Microsoft Dynamics Partner to help you through the process?
You have the option of a full installation where you do a limited amount of the work or an assisted implementation where you can lower the costs by doing much of the work on your own.
Is Microsoft Dynamics ERP a Cloud or On Premises product?
All of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP products are available either in the cloud (subscription) OR on premises license purchase. Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics SL are normally purchased and installed on premises. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is normally purchased “in the cloud”.
